Reflexology for Health & Well-Being

Reflexology for Health & Well-being clinical sessions are available for any of your health concerns. Individual treatment plans are devised following a health, diet and lifestyle consultation along with a foot health check.  We will discuss the reason you are seeking reflexology treatment, your goals for that session and for longer term.  More information on a typical treatment can be found here.  Reflexology has many benefits including reducing stress, boosting circulation, improving nerve and blood supply, relieving anixety/depression, alleviating insomnia, reducing pain.

Pain is a hugely debilitating problem for many people in the UK today. Physical effects of chronic pain (pain that is long term) includes muscle tension, limited mobility, low energy, loss of appetite.  Emotionally, pain may lead to depression, anxiety, stress, anger and fear.

  • Headache

  • Low- back pain

  • Arthritis pain

  • Neurogenic pain (pain resulting from damage to nerves)

  • Psychogenic pain (pain not attributable to past disease or injury, or to any visible sign of physical damage)
