Reflexology for Health & Well-being clinical sessions are available for any of your health concerns. Individual treatment plans are devised following a health, diet and lifestyle consultation, along with a foot health check. The consultation is an important part of the process, where you will share any past or current medical concerns and any medications or supplements you may be taking. We will discuss the reason/s you are seeking reflexology treatment, your goals for that session and for longer term. The consultation allows me to identify the specific reflexes that I will need to work on and to ultimately devise your individual treatment plan. It also allows me to identify any potential contra-indications that may mean reflexology is not suitable for you at this time. More information on a typical treatment can be found here.
Self-Reflexology Hand Techniques for Stress & Wellbeing
As Reflexology is a holistic therapy, when you come to your Reflexology Health & Wellbeing appointment, we will look at all areas of your life that may be contributing to your current concerns. We will discuss potential changes that could be made to your lifestyle, diet, exercise, supplements etc.
Additionally, as Reflexology is a complementary therapy as opposed to an alternative therapy, it can work alongside conventional medicine. However, it should never be used in place of seeking professional medical advice. If you are concerned about your health, please always consult your GP first.
