Reflexology for Health & Well-being clinical sessions are available for any of your health concerns. Pain is a hugely debilitating problem for many people in the UK today. Physical effects of chronic pain (pain that is long term) includes muscle tension, limited mobility, low energy, loss of appetite.  Emotionally, pain may lead to depression, anxiety, stress, anger and fear.

Pain may be constant, or it may stop and start frequently or infrequently.  It can be short lived or chronic, lasting months or even years.
