About Me
Abi Brazil RA CRM5 PRM BA(Hons)
I have always had a love for complementary therapies. After graduating with a Joint Honours BA degree in Psychology & Sociology in 2001, I worked in the fast-paced and often stressful world of Media & Advertising for 15 years and would often seek out holistic therapy treatments to help alleviate feelings of stress.
My passion for Reflexology was heightened during my two pregnancies when treatments helped to relieve my symptoms of Pelvic Girdle Pain, blocked sinuses, morning sickness and overall exhaustion. This passion was further amplified when following six months of foot pain, which could not be helped with months of physiotherapy treatment, I had two reflexology treatments and the pain disappeared. I knew then that I wanted to become a reflexologist to help others experience this wonderful therapy.
I offer a non-judgemental and empathetic approach. Whatever your concerns, I strive to help you achieve your own natural balance, improve your health and provide you with an overall sense of well-being. Where appropriate, I also offer after-care advice to ensure you achieve the utmost benefit from your sessions. I practise in North London and the surrounding areas. For more information please contact me.
